Our software sends you reports after each visit (if you want) and you have a customer portal to pull up reports at any time. This report notates a mapped location, the time in and our of your home as well as detailed information on what has been checked on and if there are any issues. Average in home visit is 20 minutes!
If there is a problem, such as torn lanai screen, air comditioning not working, etc. we will notate it in your report and contact you immediately!
Need someone there for a delivery, car started up, we can provide this as an add on per visit.
Need anything from screen replacement, powerwashing, roof cleaning, electrical, plumbing, etc., let us handle finding it for you as we have someone for every issue you may have.
We will help prepare your home for a hurricane/tropical storm such as installing hurricane shutters (an additional fee), and do a post storm inspection to look for damage.
